USERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPER ONLINE CONDUCT
Users agree to maintain proper conduct when accessing our site and to use it for lawful purposes only. This includes no obscenity, libel, pornographic or otherwise unlawful references or emails that would in any way damage the name of ERT.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, GUARANTEES, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS POLICY
Although we maintain every effort to keep our website up to date and accurate we may at times be sold out of a certain product. We apologize if this happens. ERT guarantees the quality of our clothing. If you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. This applies only to unworn, unused items in their original condition.
SHIPPING
All items will be shipped within seven days of purchase by customers choice of carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). If it is not possible for us to ship within seven days we will notify you of our intended ship date.
WHOLESALE PORTION OF SITE
The wholesale portion of our site is accessible only to valid retail shops with the appropriate tax ID and store information.
PRIVACY
Eagle Ray Traders does not sell, trade, or give customer information to any individuals or businesses.
